This website, LearnWithHope.com, and the Hope's Voice™ brand — including the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program — are operated by Sherrell Brooks (referred to here as "we," "us," or "our"). For questions about this policy or your information, contact us at info@learnwithhope.com.

Two distinct experiences live on this website, and they handle information very differently:

• Hope's World — the free, child-facing story, song, and activity experience.
• Hope's Voice™ Partner Program — the paid, adult-facing curriculum platform for schools, libraries, childcare programs, and similar organizations.

The child-facing Hope's World experience is intentionally designed without child accounts. Children are never asked to create an account, log in, or submit personal information. There is no chat, no social features, no advertising, and no behavioral tracking or profiling of children.

Small optional preferences — such as volume, audio settings, or text size — may be stored locally in the browser on the device being used. These settings never leave the device and are not transmitted to us. This child-privacy commitment applies to Hope's World only; the adult Partner Program, described below, does collect information from adult purchasers and staff.

When an adult purchases or uses the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program, we collect the following categories of information:

• Organization name — the school, library, or program purchasing the license.
• Purchaser / administrator name — the person completing the purchase and administering the organization.
• Email address — used for the purchaser's account and for invited staff accounts.
• Staff account and invitation information — names and email addresses of staff invited by an organization's administrator, and the status of those invitations.
• Transaction and order information — order status, amount, and related details received from our payment provider. We do not receive or store payment-card numbers.

Hope at Home is purchased and managed by an adult. Children do not create accounts, do not sign in, and do not enter any information. For a household we collect:

• Adult account information — the purchaser's name, email address, household name, and transaction details received from our payment provider.
• An optional child label — a short, non-identifying nickname or initial chosen by the adult, used only so the adult can tell their own entries apart. A legal name, date of birth, photo, address, school identifier, or other identifying detail is never required, and we ask adults not to enter one.
• An optional age band — 3–5, 6–7, or 8–9, used only to show age-appropriate family activities.
• Adult-entered observations — the skill area, the observation level the adult selects, an optional short note written by the adult, and the date it was saved.

This information is used only to display the household's own family activities and Family Growth Journey to the signed-in adult who entered it. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with other households or organizations, and not used to evaluate, screen, diagnose, or assess any child. Hope at Home is an educational family resource, not a clinical, behavioral, medical, or educational assessment.

The adult can delete a child label or any individual observation at any time from within the Family Growth Journey, and can request deletion of the household account and its contents by contacting info@learnwithhope.com.

We use the information above only to:

• Administer accounts and provide access to the purchased program.
• Process payments and maintain order records.
• Send communications necessary to provide the purchased service (for example, staff invitation emails and essential account notices).
• Protect the security of the service and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Meet legal obligations where required.

Partner Program registration and checkout are hosted on Jotform. Jotform is used to collect registration and order information for the purchase. Payment is processed by Square through the payment flow within that checkout.

Payment-card details are entered and handled directly by Square under Square's own privacy terms. Learn With Hope never receives, stores, or has access to your payment-card number. We receive only the registration and order information needed to activate and administer your access.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, database, authentication, and email providers that process information on our behalf solely to operate this service.
• Jotform — used to host our registration and checkout form and to collect registration and order information for the program.
• Square — payment processing for program purchases; payment-card details are handled by Square and are not received or stored by us.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We keep account and order information for as long as an organization's access or account relationship continues, and afterward only as reasonably needed for record-keeping, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@learnwithhope.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level access rules in our database that limit information to the organization it belongs to. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting your information is a priority in how this service is built and operated.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
