Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program.

Effective date: September 9, 2026 · Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Hope's Voice™ Partner Program is offered and operated by Sherrell Brooks through LearnWithHope.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program, you are entering into an agreement with Sherrell Brooks.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By purchasing a license, creating an account, or continuing to use the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the program.

3. Eligibility and authorized purchasing

The Partner Program is intended for schools, libraries, childcare programs, and similar organizations serving children. By purchasing, you confirm that you are an adult authorized to make this purchase on behalf of the organization you name at checkout.

4. The Founding Partner license

  • Price: the Founding Partner license is currently $299 per location.
  • License period: one year of access, beginning when your payment is successfully processed and your access is activated.
  • Staff accounts: up to 10 individual staff accounts per licensed location, including the purchaser. Each staff member signs in with their own account — shared logins are not permitted.
  • Locations: each license covers one location. Additional locations require a separate license or organization pricing — contact us for details.
  • Renewal: this is a one-year license that does not renew automatically. There is no automatic annual charge. Continuing access after the year requires a new, affirmative renewal purchase.

5. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Hope's Voice™ Partner Program materials for educational purposes with the children your licensed location serves, during your active license period.

6. Restrictions

You and your staff must not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the paid program materials.
  • Share login credentials between staff members or with anyone outside the licensed location.
  • Misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, or attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Hope's Voice™ Partner Program — including its curriculum, lessons, stories, characters, artwork, audio, branding, and documentation — is owned by Sherrell Brooks and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license grants use, not ownership.

8. Staff and account responsibility

Organization administrators are responsible for the staff accounts they invite, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under their organization's accounts. Staff information provided must be accurate.

9. Educational purpose — not a clinical service

The Hope's Voice™ Partner Program is an educational social-emotional learning resource. It is not therapy, medical treatment, a diagnosis, a clinical or behavioral assessment, or an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Responsibility for child safeguarding remains with the purchasing organization and its staff at all times.

10. Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, and tax mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (available at paddle.com) in addition to these terms. Payment-card details are handled entirely by Paddle and are never stored by this application.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the program where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a completed refund, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. Where access ends, the rights granted under the license end with it.

13. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits or data), and our total liability relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the program and these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent to:
